🐞 CodeEdit crashes when doing a bug report

### Description

The "Report an issue" feature crashes the editor (on MacOS Tahoe at least).

### To Reproduce

1. Do a Help/Report an Issue
2. Fill out the form
3. Send the issue

### Expected Behavior

The issue should be created on Github and I can continue editing.

Instead, the issue is not created, and CodeEdit crashes, and after the restart, only one of the tabs has been restored.
