Add pending states before showing the button to explorer

Description
When we enter the post address, it shows `Successful!` and `Check the transaction on the Explorer` after the faucet sends the transaction.
However, it takes a few time to be included in the chain and indexed by the explorer, so the explorer shows the error page for seconds.
I think it should show pending states while the transaction is indexed.
