Since menu belongs to a restaurant and must have one we dont need it in our dbset

Since a menu wont need its own endpoint, instead our restaurant controller can use the menu service so we can instead since we still want the table to be pluralized inside sqlite write `[Table("Menus")]` on top of the menu class
