Yield -> Give Way/Stop in UK

Hi there, love the work you’re doing with this app, it looks really good especially the new navigation features!

Being based in the UK, I’d love an option that automatically recognises your region or even a manual toggle so that instead of the US-style ‘Yield’ signs, it shows Stop/Give Way signage instead on UK roads.
