When picking a waypoint on the map (iOS), change the path when a location is tapped upon

This functionality is built in already and works when a user taps on the arrows but does not work if a user taps on a waypoint.

Start with the map interaction entry points for iOS and compare the existing arrow-tap behavior with waypoint taps, using the attached video as the reproduction reference. Done means tapping a waypoint changes the path in the same way as tapping an arrow, with a regression test if the repository has map interaction tests.
