LIO-T SCSI tpu, 3pc, and caw emulation attributes for non-block devices

Hello! I followed issues #610 & #987 and the three emulation attributes are hardcoded. If using a different liot_bstype value, setting these emulation attributes makes the LUN fail.

For LIO-T, in the heartbeat/iSCSILogicalUnit.in file, I manually changed lines 431, 448, 451 from iblock_ to fileio_ for my environment and it worked.
