RHEL6 pgsql RA not working with PostgreSQL 10

Somehow I ended up in a situation where I needed to make the *pgsql* RA work on RHEL6 and PostgreSQL 10. The changes made to the RA on the *master* branch are incompatible with the *ocf* stuff on RHEL 6 so I backported them to the RHEL6-compatible version of the RA.

The results can be found at https://github.com/vpodzime/resource-agents/tree/pgsql-el6_pg10 which provides a RHEL6-PG10-compatible version of the *pgsql* RA supporting Master/Slave setup.

I am creating this issue because I don't know what's the preferred way of making my work available in this upstream repo. Maybe a new branch? Thanks for suggestions!

Start by reviewing the pgsql-el6_pg10 branch linked in the issue and compare its RHEL6-compatible pgsql resource agent with the upstream master version. Determine what upstream integration is expected and whether the branch's Master/Slave support can be accepted as-is; the issue is done only when an agreed upstream path is established.
