Unable to create resource 'ocf:lustre:Lustre'

For some reason I can't seem to create a lustre resource for an ldiskfs mount. I get the following error:

`Error: Unable to create resource 'ocf:lustre:Lustre', it is not installed on this system (use --force to override)`

I appreciate that this would likely mean that `ocf:lustre:Lustre` is not installed, however I don't recall having this problem before on other nodes, and I can't seem to find the resource on github to install it.

Start with the reported `ocf:lustre:Lustre` creation error and inspect how this resource-agents repository exposes installed OCF agents. Compare the repository's Lustre agent availability with the node's installed agents and document the cause or required installation path.
