Description
I am running Anvil for a home business, so I'm trying to reduce energy use/costs.
I'd like the DR node servers to be powered down until they're actually needed in DR event and selectively powered on.
I have an APC 7900B switched PDU on my DR rack as well.
I had a conversation with digimer on IRC about this feature, she said this is how it would work:
striker-boot-machine --host -> wait for access -> anvil-manage-dr --connect --server

Research direction
Start by tracing the striker-boot-machine entry point and anvil-manage-dr --connect flow described in the issue, then determine how DR events currently access their servers. Done means DR node servers remain powered down until needed, can be selectively powered on through the APC 7900B switched PDU, and become available to anvil-manage-dr.
