[DR] dr host no longer picks up update jobs regularly

Description
During the development of the DR tests, the normal update job was running fine and the DR node updated as any other node.
Now, this is randomly failing and most of the time the update job is discarded by the DR node.
It might be a coincidence but it started happening just after landing the --restore code.
Temporary reverted the CI test to allow a fix
