Description
Regarding the access daemon:
The error messages from `anvil-access-module` are not necessarily being sent to `stderr`, i.e., the database failure message is sent to `stdout`. Include all output in the logs to ensure we're not missing messages.
Regarding the UI:
Currently, the UI only shows a white-background page without a meaningful message for the cause of the crash.
