[Web BUG] Personal Plan download icon not functioning

Describe the Bug Clicking the download icon on the Personal Plan page does not trigger any action. The file does not download.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to the 'Personal Plan' section.

Click on the 'Download' icon.

See error (Nothing happens).

Expected Behavior The Personal Plan should download to the user's device immediately upon clicking the icon.

Start by opening the web version and navigating to the Personal Plan section. Reproduce the problem by clicking the Download icon, then trace the Personal Plan page and its download action to identify why nothing happens. Done means the Personal Plan downloads immediately after the click in a supported browser.
