Description
The readthedocs documentation for EvalAI-CLI shows build failing with the most recent build from 1 year and 5 months. The build was not configured correctly.
Also, the `Short URLs` on the [overview page](https://readthedocs.org/projects/evalai-cli/) are broken.
These point to `evalai-cli.readthedocs.io` and `evalai-cli.rtfd.io`
