Read the docs link does not work

## Description
In step 2[Configure bundled code] of creating a demo, the _Read the docs_ link does not work when you click on it.
## Expected Behavior
On clicking on the _Read the docs_ link, the user should be redirected to https://cloudcv-origami.readthedocs.io/en/latest/web-app.html#configuration

## Actual Behavior
On clicking on the _Read the docs_ link, the user is not redirected to any page.

## Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Click on _Create Demo_ in the side menu bar.
2. Fill out all the details of STEP 1 of creating a demo. Then click on Submit to proceed to Step 2.
3. Click on the highlighted _Read the docs_ link. You will see that the link does not work.
