Feature Request: Support Docker Image Uploads for Testing Environments

During the evaluation phase, libraries such as PyTorch3D are required. If we install these dependencies in the init of the evaluation_script, each submission will need to reinstall the dependencies, which takes a lot of time. Therefore, we hope to submit a pre-configured Docker container instead.
In issue(https://github.com/Cloud-CV/EvalAI/issues/4134) you said "create a docker container based on our worker image and share the URL." Is this service still supported? Best regards, thank you!
