[Frontend] Fix leaderboard column css inconsistencies

### Description

Currently, when the leaderboard has > 10 metrics the columns look too compact and metrics are unreadable. Here's an example of how the leaderboard looks


Expected behavior: Columns should have bigger width so its clear to read the metrics and leaderboard table should have horizontal scroll if columns overflow because of large number of metrics
