Shifting from 'django-rest-auth' to 'dj-rest-auth'

We have to shift from `django-rest-auth` to `dj-rest-auth` as `django-rest-auth` has stopped updating. `dj-rest-auth` is almost similar to `django-rest-auth` and has some updating feature that we can use also it's an active project so it gets updated quite often.
