Add integration tests for remote_submission_worker

Currently, only integration tests for submission_worker are present (reference: https://github.com/Cloud-CV/EvalAI/tree/master/tests/integration/worker). So I think integration tests for remote_submission_worker would be required as well.
Please let me know if the work on that is already underway or if we have planned to only have unit tests for that.
