"Subscription" for monthly notification mail

Just writing it down as an idea - can be discussed elsewhere:

Since there is a tendency that some Supervisors (like Professors etc.) tend to outsource their responsibility to review the timesheets to secretaries, we could think about making access to the Supervisor as easy and convenient as possible.

In fact - it is only necessary once a month (as long as the students have submitted their data).

I thought about an opt-in notification mail that is sent ca. 5 days after the end of month, reminding the supervisor to check the timesheets.
