Radar chart is nonsensical compared to actual numbers

**Describe the bug**
The plot on the radar chart does not correlate at all with actual values reported.

See the following screenshot from the `pytest` package as an example:

The plot implies that `Nexus` is the most popular installer type for bdists, however the values show it is several orders of magnitude less than `pip`. By the numbers, the `pip` installer is by far the most popular, but the plot shows it as middle-of-the-road compared to others.
