Add performance benchmarks

We need at least primitive benchmarking tests to show that client is not a bottleneck when interacting with ClckHouse.
To begin with, it is enough to run them locally. Later, we will automate the process to identify regressions and track long-term trends.
We should align performance testing scenarios with other language clients.
