Description

Although I know they vary by country, it would be very interesting to be able to filter by transponder squawks.

An example that comes to mind is in the UK the code that aircraft are squawked when flying low level is 7001. It would be very insightful to be able to query the times and days that aircraft fly low, and be able to see the tracks, despite drop offs through lack of coverage.

There are also other 'single use/purpose' squawks such as 7003 for Red Arrows Transit/Display; 7004, Conspicuity Aerobatics and Display; and 7005, High-Energy Manoeuvres, which would be fascinating to be able to explored.

Thanks for the site!

Research direction

The issue requests filtering ADS-B views by transponder squawk codes, including time/day queries and tracks despite coverage drop-offs, but names no files or tests. Start by locating the current filter and query entry points; done means users can filter the relevant results by squawk code with the expected time, day, and track behavior.
