Description
Add the original Shipway and Hill 2012 single column prescribed flow simulation to Atmos model:
- [x] overwrite necessary fields in dss
- [x] prescribe correct time varying flux of q_tot
- [ ] add to CI pipeline + plotting
- [ ] compare 1M results with KinematicDriver.jl
- [x] #4101
Possible follow-up tasks:
- [ ] expand the test to colder and higher velocity conditions
- [ ] identify leading microphysics processes
- [ ] create a simple EKI calibration example
