Description
### Describe the bug
In winter all dimensions are significantly colder, in summer they are all hotter.

### Steps to reproduce
1. teleport to another dimension
2. Check temp
3. set time to middle of winter or summer
4. check temp
### Expected behavior
I wouldn't expect a dimension without a sun to be substantially effected by New England's current season, same goes for the string dimension. Highlands, and reverberations maybe.

Research direction
Start by loading Barney-trimmed.tar.gz and following the reproduction steps: teleport between dimensions, check temperature, and change the time to winter or summer. Compare temperature behavior across the listed dimensions and trace the seasonal-temperature handling. Done means dimensions without a relevant sun no longer inherit New England's seasonal temperatures, while intended dimensions retain appropriate seasonal effects.
