[magiclysm] forge lords are not buying dragon parts

### Describe the bug

Before some updates he bought dragon blood, also Mary Machen (person that will help you find stuff for money) says that their blood is very expensive.

After asking in sommunity discord, I was told by standingstorm to report it as a bug.

1. find Forge of wonders
2. try to sell them dragon blood

### Expected behavior

at least forge lord and maybe alchemist should accept dragon blood as valid trade goods
