Pauldrons and Shoulder guards

I've noticed that most armwear ingame covers either the lower arms, the elbows, or the whole arm, but we have nothing to protect the upper arms or even the shoulders (technically we do have two: a pair of encumbering sheet metal pauldrons and the shoulder pads built into the heavy ballistic vest.) It seems like we're missing more options for upper arm protection for people who prefer pieces over a full suit.

- option to craft pauldrons out of steel, bronze, chitin and other materials
- shoulder pads that could spawn ingame in the form of sports wear, cosplay stuff, maybe even those shoulder pads businessmen wear under their suits.

### Describe alternatives you have considered.

Someone pointed out shoulder pads are normally attached to a chestpiece. We could instead add some chestpieces that incorporate pauldrons in their design or tweak existing torso armors to have them.
