Description
### Describe the bug
Every time I ask my friendly NPCs to teach me social skills, my character ends up physically exhausted, and (during summer) dehydrated.
I wouldn't imagine training social is such physically demanding work. Is this a bug, or are my NPC companions taking advantage of me?
### Steps to reproduce
1. Make a friend with an NPC
2. Ask them to train you in something
3. Select social
4. Watch how tired you get!
### Expected behavior
Training in non-combat skills isn't that exhausting.
Training in social skills shouldn't be that exhausting at all.

### Additional context
I suspect this may apply for most/all skills, but social is what I was trying to learn.

Research direction
Begin with the listed reproduction steps in the issue, using the stated game version and mod list where possible. Compare the exertion and dehydration caused by social training with the expected non-combat behavior; done means the reported physical exhaustion is corrected and the reproduction no longer shows it.
