Description

### Describe the bug

While messing around with mi-go towers, I noticed that some of the resin pods were already destroyed before I entered the place

The only monsters in the place were the mi-go themselves

### Steps to reproduce

1. debug clairvoyance and go near a mi-go tower
2. wait a while (if they don't move, yell once or twice)
3. look how some resin pods were destroyed

### Expected behavior

The Mi-Go don't destroy their pods and take care of their building materials instead

The resin pods act as a reason to face these very dangerous places and letting the mi-go destroy some of them reduce the motivation to visit these scorching monster-filled towers

Research direction

No source file, test, or entry point is named. Reproduce the issue at a mi-go tower using the listed clairvoyance and waiting steps, then trace which mi-go behavior destroys resin pods. Done means the reproduction no longer destroys pods while the mi-go maintain their buildings, with regression coverage for the observed behavior.
