Magiclysm:Barred Frames Block Spells

# Describe the bug

While you can fire a gun through a windowframe with bars on it, a spell cast past a windowframe is blocked by it.

# Steps To Reproduce

Get a character with a AOE spell that isn't able to bypass transparent walls(IE Hoary Blast), cast through a barred window with no glass(typically found at gun stores after a window gets bashed).

# Expected behavior

Rather than being blown up by my own spell, I expected the spell to pass through the bars and blow up all the zombies outside.

Reproduce the issue with Hoary Blast at a glassless barred window, using the steps in the report. Compare how gunfire and spell targeting handle the same window; done means the spell passes through the bars and affects targets outside instead of the caster.
