Description

# Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I just crafted a programmable autopilot and with this single task my character went from Computers 4 something to Computer 7. This looks OP.

# Describe the solution you'd like
A more balanced skill gain?! IMO, no single task should raise your skill by more than one level, don't you think?

# Additional context
Last version before nested inventory.

Research direction

No source file, test, or entry point is named. Reproduce crafting a programmable autopilot with the listed game version and mods, then trace the Computers skill gain; done means one crafting task cannot raise the skill by more than one level and the behavior is covered by a regression test.
