Allow viewing camera feeds from remote control vehicles

The usefulness of UGVs is limited by having to keep them in the character's line of sight.

The remote vehicle controller should allow the character to see areas that would be visible through cameras from the vehicle's camera control system.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Adding a different remote camera monitor item.
