Goal: review and propose updates to the current website https://tracket.info/

Pay special attention to
- is the information up to date? is the information well organized?
- is the messaging aligned with the mission & vision outlined here https://github.com/CivicTechTO/tRacket-directory-START-HERE
- is it easy to new volunteers to get started and/or contact the team?
- should we add a sponsors section? [Webcommand, CivicTech TO, No More Noise TO]
- can/should we provide more context on any particular topic?
- any typos or inaccuracies? (how many devices sending data)
