Description

as a courtesy, we shouldn't tackle this until we've first approached the City Clerk's office (See #2), as we don't want to appear like we're going around them.

Options:
1. Cllr. Paul Ainslie (Government Management Committee)
- lots of interesting agenda items that are cross-domain
- Cllr. Ainslie has been an ally of CTTO and open data
- agenda items might not be things "regular" (and disenfranchised) person care about
2. Cllr. Michelle Holland (Parks & Environment Committee)
- Cllr. Holland seems to have a [propensity for sponsoring tech-centric agenda items](https://tor-councilmatic-staging.herokuapp.com/person/michelle-holland/)
- Cllr. Holland has never really reached out to our group before, so no prior relationship.
- Parks & Env might have items more interesting to target our demographic

I'm personally inclined to approach Paul first, as he has been a strong ally of CTTO.

Start by reviewing issue #2 and confirming the City Clerk's office has been approached before contacting a committee chair. Compare the listed considerations for Paul Ainslie and Michelle Holland, then document the outreach and selected pilot contact when an approach is agreed.
