## What went well?
Twitter wall was a great last-minute addition - Universe
Live tweeting (people came and paid sameday because they saw it on Twitter)
Lunch was a huge hit!
Free-form structure of challenge finding
Both participants and challenge owners were super engaged
Lots of interest from multiple levels of gov and public agencies
Recap email that was sent out within 24hrs of CodeAcrossTO ending. Great synthesis and resource for next steps and opportunities to get involved

## What could have gone better?
Print out registration instructions (or have them at registration?)
More time to organise/get organised
Hard to control, but messaging/narrative from politicians were a bit off-point

## What might we do differently next time?
No styrofoam - heard multiple people remark how environmentally-unfriendly it is
Clearer signage about garbage/recycling/composting (pull out bins or something?)
Ask people to take one piece of trash/recycling with them as they leave?
Have lactose free hot beverage creamer (e.g. soy or lactose free milk)
We had non-caffeinated tea requested
Ask challenge owners next time:
What do you want to see next?
Would you participate again?
