teachX - Teacher community and content sharing site

### About
We're building a space for teachers to find and curate content that is relevant to their students' experiences and that address specific educational standards outlined by the Georgia Standards of Excellence.

We envision a webpage where teachers can:

- **tag content** with learning targets so that the wider community can see it
- **rate content** in comparison with the associated GSE ID and / or keywords
- **view recent / relevant content** in a news feed
- **search for content** by GSE ID and / or keywords
- **create a profile** on the site, so they can **save tagged content** to a personal collection
- **create posts** to start a discussion in a public forum
