Description
Develop a methodology that does the following:
- topic modelling and EDA to identify key indicators
- Augmenting current pattern matching methods of geolocating expense/tender data using Named Entity Recognition and LLMs
- Make the indicator extraction through pattern matching more robust with LLMs
- Measures correlations between government response and flood impact
- Dominant language
