Description

Is your feature request related to a problem?

An intuitive Dataset exploration feature is required so that people can explore data on the platform instead of doing it on local.

Describe the solution you'd like
  • The current preview only allows a view of the schema and a few rows of data
  • A sandbox to explore datasets - via SQL commands or python

Users should be able to:

  • Perform merges
  • explore data ranges
  • perform basic EDA tasks
  • Understand dataset quality

Research direction

Start by reviewing the current dataset preview and the Data Visualization component. Define how a sandbox using SQL commands or Python should support merges, data-range exploration, basic EDA, and dataset-quality inspection; done means users can perform these exploration tasks on the platform instead of locally.
