Upgrade Laravel and their depenedencies

As title, this Laravel framework is not used as the latest stable dependencies.

IMHO, I think we can consider organizing them to the current dependencies.

@ryanwohara. Once this issue is accepted, I can work on this and please add `#orbtoberfest` on this issue because of the [hacktoberfest circleci](https://hacktoberfest.circleci.com) :).

Start by locating the project's Laravel dependency manifest and reviewing its versions against the current stable releases. Check the CircleCI workflow for compatibility, then run the existing project checks; done means the dependencies are upgraded and the workflow still passes.
