Description

My browser locks up and stutters my entire computer to where i cant close tab or ctrl alt del to stop it i just have to restart my whole pc or ride it out for 30 secs. If anybody could assist me i don't know what i exactly did wrong as i just watched a yt video on a debloat for gaming and i read most of the options deeming them all not too necessary for performance. When i have say overwatch open and tab to my browser it freezes entirely and i cant do anything about it. My mouse just stops working and comes in and out every 10 secs in a different place making it impossible to navigate to the close tab and this is very annoying bc key commands dont even work either my whole system just stutters.
This is very annoying and just started happening after the debloat. Any recommendations would be helpful i did this originally to get my CPU usage down a little which is did successfully but now i have these problems.
Please help should i just go back to the restore point or what i had over 20% idle cpu on my 5700x 32gb trident neo and brought it down to around 12% with the debloat but yeah ill just stop yapping now. Any help appreciated. Thank you

Research direction

The issue mentions Chrome, gaming, and a debloat change but names no repository file, test, or entry point. Begin by identifying the debloat options and collecting reproducible steps and system details; done would require a confirmed cause and a clearly scoped fix or guidance.
