Broken links in cabal files

I found some broken links in "trek", maybe the other subprojects have same issue too (didn't check, but noticed it on hackage).
"githubuser" should be replaced with "ChrisPenner"

Inspect the cabal files in trek and check whether the other subprojects have the same broken links noted on Hackage. Replace the githubuser value with ChrisPenner where appropriate, then verify the links in the affected cabal files resolve correctly.
