Inform or highlight a dirty run session

If a session is running and one of its scenes is edited and saved, the changes won't take effect until the game is re-run. There should therefore be some non-intrusive indicator (or notice) that hints at the fact that a run session is dirty (not up to date), and should probably be re-run.
