Status: Deferred — not part of the current reliability pass
Do not implement onboarding yet. Keep this as a future product/distribution task.
Current priority is correctness, security, data isolation, offline reliability, synchronization, and production hardening of the existing application. Revisit onboarding only after the core product is stable and the public MVP boundary is finalized.
