Description
Redesign the shared/home experience using the existing shadcn-style primitives and selected interaction patterns from the Vibe Coder Toolkit V2 reference. Scope: improve homepage hierarchy, reduce repetitive square-card grids, strengthen search/discovery, add useful quick actions/recent/favorites patterns where existing state permits, and preserve privacy-first/client-only architecture, accessibility, dark/light mode, fixed ad containers, and no edits to src/components/ui base primitives. Prefer composition in shared components. Validate mobile and desktop layouts plus existing quality scripts before opening a PR.

Research direction
Start by mapping the shared/home components and existing state, then review src/components/ui as a reference without editing its base primitives. Use the existing quality scripts and inspect mobile and desktop layouts; done means improved hierarchy, discovery, and permitted quick-action patterns while preserving privacy, accessibility, themes, fixed ad containers, and client-only behavior.
