Repair install warns of erasing drive

While I am now aware I can boot my existing system from the install media and run a repair install when a user that does not know this boots from the install media they are first advised their hard drive will be erased before then being prompted to run repair instead of clean install.

Reproduce the install-media flow with an existing system present and observe the warning shown before the repair-install prompt. Trace the shell entry point that handles repair versus clean installation, then verify that users are not told their drive will be erased before choosing repair while the clean-install warning remains appropriate.
