HDMI audio out crackling/snapping/ticking bug

Description
HDMI out to my television causes relatively loud *snapping* sound in my speakers periodically. I'd say once every few minutes, sometimes more or less often.
Notes:
* I'm on the most recent update.
* It doesn't occur on other devices using this cable/port/tv
* It happens during all games.
* I haven't experienced it in desktop mode
* It happens very frequently in game mode
System specs:
* GPU: Radeon RX 6750 XT 12GB
* Motherboard: GIGABYTE B550I AORUS PRO AX
* CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900X
