Frzr may deploy to a deploy_path within an image instead of frzr_root

I'm creating this issue just in case this was not the result of actions on my part. I ran into an issue where when frzr was attempting to delete the subvolume it failed due to a subvolume being created inside of an existing subvolume. If you see this be sure to check `/frzr_root/deployments/chimeraos-version/deployments/` or `/frzr_root/deployments/chimeraos-version/tmp/frzr_root/deployments`. These directories should NOT exist, if they do then something went wrong.
