Switch pro controller shows up twice and double inputs

When the switch pro controller first gets connected after start up it shows up twice resulting in double inputs which means, toggle don't work switches on then off, drop down menus select the first option only and sliders select and deselect. So your unable to interact with os.

Turning switch pro controller off then on again fixes issue until next reboot then issue comes back.

Issue isn't happening on my stadia controller.
