Please provide jslist/jstest programs

Debugging joystick issues is a pain (currently trying to have retroarch working). I'm using a revision 3 Xbox 360 wireless controller and have spent one entire afternoon trying to make it work. I think I'm hitting this bug: https://github.com/RetroPie/RetroPie-Setup/issues/3398#issuecomment-979421651 but it's hard for me to pinpoint exactly which config file would work, and which renaming is required. Sure, I can install a new Linux on a separate disk, but that's kind of overkill just for the sake of having a properly working Gamepad.

No source file, test, or implementation entry point is identified in the issue.
