[SUGGESTION] - Add emulator configuration file editing to web interface

I am ignorant to the overhead required for either of these options and am personally fine editing the files over the network; I'm only submitting this for your consideration.

When looking at the directory for any given system (NES, SNES, etc.) I think it would be helpful to have either a web based text editor to change the emulator configuration without the need to connect over FTP / SSH to edit these files, or even a menu interface to manage the most common settings.

No files, tests, or entry points are named. First clarify whether the intended feature is a web-based text editor or a menu for common emulator settings, then identify which emulator configuration files the web interface should expose. Done means a defined interface and supported configuration scope are agreed.
