Description
Hi ChimeraOS team! 👋
I'm using ChimeraOS on a ONE-NETBOOK ONEXPLAYER Mini Pro device and experiencing audio issues (occasional distortion, or no audio output at all). I found that forcing 16-bit audio (S16_LE) via ~/.asoundrc completely fixes the problem.
Here is my DMI string for hardware detection:
dmi:bvnAmericanMegatrendsInternational,LLC.:bvr1.30:bd12/06/2022:br5.24:efr1.72:svnONE-NETBOOK:pnONEXPLAYERMiniPro:pvrDefaultstring:rvnONE-NETBOOK:rnONEXPLAYERMiniPro:rvrV03:cvnONE-NETBOOK:ct30:cvrDefaultstring:sku1:
Could you please consider adding a device quirk for this model to force 16-bit audio by default?
Thanks a lot for your great work!

Research direction
Start by locating the device-audio quirk handling and DMI-based hardware detection, using the provided ONEXPLAYER Mini Pro DMI string and the ~/.asoundrc workaround as references. Done means this model defaults to 16-bit audio and avoids the reported distortion or missing output.
